OUR HISTORY

William Ditto and Aaron Davis met in 2017 through each of their respective businesses.  Through working together on multiple business transactions over the last 5 years, they found that they share the same values, ethical standards and love of the energy industry.  In 2021, the partners started Cerberus Land & Cattle Company to purchase the iconic Battle Axe Ranch in Lea County, New Mexico.  To further enhance their partnership, they started Frio Energy Partners to focus on bringing their knowledge and experience to place the “right” investors with the “right” business opportunities.  In the immediate future, Frio Energy Partners is focused on Minerals and Non-Op in the oil and gas industry, but expects to expand to oil and gas operations and other clean energy solutions.
