Frio Energy Partners History
William Ditto and Aaron Davis initially met in 2017 through their respective businesses. During the following five years, their collaboration on various transactions revealed a shared passion for the energy sector, along with aligned values and ethical standards.
In 2021, the partners launched Cerberus Land & Cattle Company, acquiring the renowned Battle Axe Ranch in Lea County, New Mexico. To deepen their partnership, they created Frio Energy Partners to leverage their expertise in connecting the "right" investors with the "right" business opportunities. Currently, Frio Energy Partners is concentrating on minerals and non-operated assets in the oil and gas industry, while also planning to expand into oil and gas operations in the near future.
